Savor Languages is a structured, audio-first language learning platform built on the Andrew Pham Method. Each of our seven languages is anchored to a real city — Paris, Madrid, Rome, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hanoi, and New York — and every lesson is designed around speaking, not clicking. We use AI-powered conversations, spaced repetition, and city-rooted stories to help you speak like a local.

We currently offer seven languages: French (Paris), Spanish (Madrid), Italian (Rome), Japanese (Tokyo), Mandarin (Shanghai), Vietnamese (Hanoi), and English (New York). Each language follows the same six-level curriculum, with 25 lessons per level.

Level 1 (Taste) is completely free for every language — no credit card required, no time limit. This gives you 25 full lessons to experience the method and decide if Savor is right for you. Levels 2 through 6 require a subscription.

Most language apps rely on multiple choice, gamified streaks, and passive recognition exercises. Savor is built around active production — you speak from Lesson 1. There are no points, no hearts, no cartoon characters. Every lesson is structured around real conversation practice with AI that listens, corrects, and responds. The curriculum is city-anchored, meaning you learn language in the context of real places, real food, and real culture.

Speaking is the core of the Andrew Pham Method. Your microphone allows our AI to hear your pronunciation, provide real-time corrections, and engage you in genuine conversation practice. You can also use text input if you prefer, but voice mode is strongly recommended — it's how the method was designed to work.

The Andrew Pham Method is our teaching philosophy, developed by a polyglot who speaks seven languages. It's built on four principles: speak before you study, anchor to real places, every word earns its place, and test by speaking — not clicking. The method prioritizes active production over passive recognition and treats every learner as an adult.

At the end of every lesson, you have a live conversation with an AI tutor powered by Claude. You can speak using your microphone or type your responses. The AI adapts to your level, corrects your mistakes naturally, and guides the conversation based on what you learned in that lesson. It's not a chatbot — it's a structured practice partner.

Morning Mouth is a daily speaking warm-up designed to keep your target language active. It's a short, focused session — usually under three minutes — that uses spaced repetition to review vocabulary and phrases you've learned. Think of it as brushing your teeth, but for your accent.

The six levels follow a deliberate progression: Taste (A1 — Free), Move (A2), Settle (B1), Belong (B2), Think (C1), and Dream (C2). Each level contains 25 lessons and maps to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). You complete one level before moving to the next — no skipping ahead.

When you complete all 25 lessons in a level, you receive a Savor certificate for that level and language. Certificates indicate your CEFR-equivalent proficiency and can be shared or downloaded. They're earned through speaking assessments, not multiple-choice tests.

We believe food and language are the same cultural invitation: both require curiosity, a little discomfort, and a willingness to try something new.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your progress and certificates are never deleted — you can always come back.

Yes. Your voice recordings are used only to provide real-time pronunciation feedback during your lesson. We do not store raw audio after your session ends, and we never sell or share your data with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.
